Have always had a great service from Sleepsafe, They originally fitted my boiler and service it annually. My boiler works like a dream and I feel confident that it will remain that way for a long time knowing that they take good care when servicing it every year.

Exceptional service

Sleepsafe Engineer Alex attended my home and did a first class job of servicing my Grant boiler stripped and cleaned the interior burner and checked the pipework and filter .Also checked the storage tank and gave me advise on materials adjacent to the tank. Would recommend Alex for his comprehensive knowledge of Grant Boilers and his good deminar.

Engineers friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. Fitted some new batteries in my wall thermostat which I did not know needed replacing. Explained how the radiators became hot at the top first. Double checked everything was okay. What more can I ask for?!

Giles Plumbing & Heating were great. Our boiler had stopped working, they came round at short notice to have a look and fitted us with a new one within a matter of days. The three people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, and the fitter himself was excellent! He worked solidly for 8 hours with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend!

Boiler service reminder issued in good time; service easy to arrange with costs clearly specified beforehand; excellent service; engineer arrived within the scheduled time period and was courteous, friendly and efficient in carrying out task; it helps to have continuity with the same engineer over several years. Invoice issued promptly with charges exactly as expected.

Annual service identified an issue. The engineer clearly explained the issue and very helpfully answered all my many questions. Options to deal with this were fully explained.

Very happy to highly recommend Sleepsafe. They do a great job on my annual boiler service but were also very quick to respond to a recent emergency call-out (on a Friday evening!). An extremely professional and helpful team, they provide an outstanding service.

I would highly recommend Sleepsafe Ltd. The office was polite and very easy to deal with. Dylan attended my house to replace a push fit coupling but this escalated into a bigger job when it turned out that the main circulation pump also needed replacing. Having been in situ for over 10 years it proved very difficult to loosen/remove but Dylan stuck with it and after much muscle power eventually freed it and fitted a new one. Dylan was very approachable, calm and worked hard throughout. With the additional work, costs were higher than originally anticipated but I thought reasonable and fair.
