We have used Sleepsafe for our Gas and Boiler check for many years and were always satiesfied with the friendly and efficient service. The engineer, Michael, was punctual and polite and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my oil boiler (it had overheated). Once he had got it working again he went to great trouble to explain exactly how to troubleshoot for myself. In answer to my many questions he gave me an excellent tutorial on how my heating and hot water system works and how to use it efficiently whilst minimising the use of energy. I would highly recommend Sleepsafe.

An excellent service, all-round. After initially speaking with Jonathan Wade, who informed that he now works for Sleepsafe, he put me in touch with Becky whom immediately arranged for Dylan to visit that very afternoon. After initial investigations and a determination that a new part was required, the part arrived the very next day and upon Dylan’s return visit, our boiler issue was resolved (without the expense of an entire boiler replacement, which was our initial expectation). Would certainly recommend their services and cannot fault their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Highly recommended!

As far as I am concerned, I wish this company could do every job in my home. Took time to listen to my anxiety overload fears of having people here & true to their word, explained the who, when & why in a way I could take on board. New boiler sorted by top guy then a replacement radiator by 2 more top guys. Overall I think I probably spoke to several people working for Sleepsafe & all were extremely helpful, professional & understanding. Happy to recommend Sleepsafe. Many thanks

Not the cheapest out there by some way, but you are paying for very good communications and the people they send out are very good as well as (so far) being very pleasant. The workmen explain carefully (or Alex did) what they are going to do and why and then do it. There’s a lot out there that don’t. Happy to recommend. I always look elsewhere first, but usually end up back there because they are good and do what they say

Sleepsafe Engineer Alex attended my home and did a first class job of servicing my Grant boiler stripped and cleaned the interior burner and checked the pipework and filter .Also checked the storage tank and gave me advise on materials adjacent to the tank.
Good service work area left clean and tidy.
